I have stayed with Danny of Majestico Rentals & Divine Rentals on two separate stays for several months, and Danny has been a fantastic host.
The unit is very clean with amenities that show thoughtfulness to make the stay as comfortable as possible for long-term bookings. Gigantic, quality TV and soundbar. A filled Brita. Laundry basket. Plenty of detergent and dishwashing pods, fully-stocked toilet paper and paper towels to last months, etc. Welcome snacks. A wagon to help move in or carry groceries in.
Danny promptly and kindly answers any questions, and accommodated my business trip. I was also particularly happy with Capitols Towers (the apartment building). I felt very safe, even being in downtown Sac. Walking distance to DOCO was neat, and no loiterers around this block.
The balcony was great to relax outside in the evenings. Parking garages in cities are normally annoying or cramped, but this one was a dream. The gate opens within 1 second of pulling up. Very pleased.
